Deliveries - Shipping - Packaging
Shipping charges / packaging / delivery costs are dependent on the value of the ordered products.
The system calculates Shipping charges / packaging / delivery costs on each order anew and declares in the heading Shipping charges including VAT the amount.
A free delivery is activated from a goods value of 120.00 CHF. 
Deliveries will only be delivered to  addresses in Switzerland. 

Discount Levels
Request us for your personal discounts, we will set up for you, a personal login and the discounts assigned to you displayed directly on the products.
Dealers will receive an identification ID and will be served according to the agreements directly through the system.

Warranty and repair service
If the warranty has expired, we will arrange an external repair service in case of malfunctions with the machines purchased from us.

During the normal warranty period of one year and the usual warranty conditions, send us the coffee machine with the proof of purchase for possible repair.
Warranty services that are due to material or manufacturing defects will be evaluated at our official service points and the further procedure communicated. 
An extensive spare parts warehouse is available.
